Grassi Pietre owns several quarries of all varieties of Vicenza stone Bianco avorio, Giallo Dorato , Pietra del Mare, Grigio Argento and Grigio Alpi.
Grassi Pietre has gangsaw to cut blocks into slabs of the desired thickness, Moreover to produce the requested special thickness Grassi Pietre also has a single blade machine and a wire cutting machine.
Grassi Pietre has a large warehouse with slabs of all the Vicenza stone qualities, slabs are available in many different thicknesses. Grassi Pietre also produces the exclusive material Pietranova, a cement agglomerate of Vicenza stone. It is available in three shades: White (Pietranova Bianca), yellow (Pietranova Gialla) and gray (Pietranova Grigia), blocks in stock have a standard siz e of 255×143 / 125 x 75 cm, slabs in stock are normally 2 and 3 cm thick.

FREE SAMPLING
Photographs and catalogs help explain our materials, but our stones and our marbles should be touched with hand. Therefore, to enable its customers to select the appropriate material , Grassi Pietre offers free sampling: these materials will last over time, so they must be carefully chosen. We remind you that our company is always open to see materials’ slabs , work in progress, as well as our showroom, where the different stones and marbles can be viewed not “new/ just installed “, but years after application. |
